Account data: name, email address, billing information.
Pass subscriber data: email addresses and phone numbers you upload or collect via integrations. This data is processed on your behalf.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, API calls made, error logs.
Device data: APNs/FCM push tokens registered when your subscribers add a pass to their wallet.
We use collected data to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails; enforce our Terms of Service; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or your subscribers' data to third parties.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Pass subscriber data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless earlier deletion is requested.
We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy. We use Sentry for error monitoring — stack traces may include limited request context.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and one optional analytics cookie (PostHog) that can be rejected via our cookie banner.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to hello@sendglance.com. We respond within 30 days.
We encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Integration tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We conduct periodic security reviews.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
