By accessing or using SendGlance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SendGlance provides a platform for sending lock-screen notifications via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates Apple or Google Wallet developer policies. You must send only change-messages to wallets (updates to pass data), not unsolicited marketing blasts prohibited by platform policies.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant SendGlance a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
SendGlance processes subscriber data on your behalf as a data processor. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendGlance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SendGlance is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
